Consumers are advised to apply the system of automatic settlement of their water bill. By prompt settlement of bills, consumers avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses. We remind that if the bill remains outstanding after the last date of payment a surcharge of 10% will be imposed on the amount due.

After the implementation of the SEPA (Single European Payment Area) Direct Debit , the creation of Direct Debits for automatic payment can be done only at the Water Board’s offices with the presentation of the required documents as these are referred at our website (www.Ιwb.org.cy) under the heading FAQ’s (frequently asked questions).
